The work your booking software leaves to you

Booking, the calendar, the register and your stock are all here. So is the part most software leaves to you: asking for reviews, and noticing who stopped coming.

Review Generation

Turn finished appointments into Google reviews.

Soloona lists the clients who just came in and have not been asked yet, and sends the request with a direct link to your Google profile. Requests go to every eligible client, not just the ones you think will say something nice — filtering who gets asked violates Google's policies and FTC rules, so we don't do it.

What the client gets

Hi Daniela, thanks for visiting Juniper & Co.! If you have a moment, we'd really appreciate a review.

Haven't been in for 90+ days

Set a rule once — say, anyone who hasn't been in for 90 days and has visited at least twice — and Soloona finds them for you. A send cap on every run means one rule can never blast your whole book.

Campaigns

Send to the right list, not the whole list.

Build a segment from how long it has been since someone came in, then text it. Every send checks consent and unsubscribes first, and anyone who has opted out is dropped before the message is even rendered.

Runs the front desk

  • Booking & Calendar

Staff down the side, the day across the top, and every appointment where you expect it. Drag an appointment to a new time or a different stylist and Soloona checks the slot is genuinely free before it saves — the slot is checked free in the same database write that saves the booking, so two people booking the same moment can never both win.

  • Point of Sale

Services and retail on one ticket, tips, and a running total of the day's takings split by cash and card. Card payments still settle on the terminal you already have — Soloona records the tender type and never touches card data, which keeps your salon out of PCI scope.

  • Retail & Stock

Selling a product takes it off the shelf automatically. Set a reorder point per line and the dashboard tells you what to order before a client asks for something you haven't got. Every adjustment is logged with a reason, so a count that looks wrong can be traced.

  • Soloona AI

An assistant that reads your live data — who's overdue, what's on the book, what's running low — and can act on it: book an appointment into a slot that's genuinely free, adjust stock, look a client up. It cannot message anyone, on purpose: sending to a client needs a person to click it.

Runs on its own

  • Automated Flows

Birthday notes and service-due nudges go out on their own once you switch them on, inside the hours you set. Appointment reminders run on a schedule too, so nobody has to remember to send them.

Know your book

  • Client Insights

Every client, when they last came in, how often they come, and what they spend. Soloona works out each client's own visit rhythm, so it can tell you who is overdue by their standard rather than by a number you guessed.

  • Reporting

Review requests sent and clicked, clients overdue and the value sitting in them, takings by day, and stock that needs reordering. Export any of it to CSV, PDF or Word. Numbers you can act on, not a vanity dashboard.

Fits how you work

  • Integrations

Export your clients from whatever you run today — Square, Vagaro, Boulevard, Booksy, GlossGenius, a spreadsheet you keep yourself — and import it here. You review every row before anything is saved, and you are running the same day.

  • Mobile App

An iPhone app is built and going out to our founding salons first; Android is on the roadmap. Everything works in a phone browser in the meantime — check who's overdue, send a review request, and see the day between clients.

What we deliberately don't build

Soloona runs your booking, calendar, checkout and stock. These it does not, and each one is a deliberate line rather than a gap in the roadmap — every one of them would put your business inside a regulation we would rather keep out of your salon.

  • Card processing

Your terminal keeps the card data. We record the tender type only.

  • Payroll

Tax and labour rules change by state. Not a corner to cut.
