Terms of Service

The agreement
Soloona is operated by Orbioom. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you don't agree, don't use the product — and if anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign up, not after.
Your data, our job
Your client list, bookings and sales are yours. You can export them at any time, and if you leave we'll give you a complete export and then delete your account data on request. Our job is to keep the product running, keep your data isolated to your account, and never use it for anything except providing the service.
Messaging is your responsibility too
Soloona enforces consent and suppression in software, but you are the sender of your messages. You agree to message only people who have given you consent, to honour opt-outs, and to comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and carrier rules. We may pause sending on an account that generates abnormal complaint rates, because carrier trust is shared across all our customers.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid period. Founding-cohort discounts hold for the stated term.
What we promise, and don't
We aim for the product to be available, fast and correct, and we fix problems quickly. But Soloona is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee revenue outcomes, and our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempting to access other salons' data, no reselling the service, no using it to send spam. We can suspend accounts that put other customers or carrier relationships at risk, and we'll always tell you why.
